6 Week Spring Youth Athlete Program
Tatum has a passion for empowering athletes to become their strongest, most confident selves. She prioritizes safety and fun, designing effective workout programs where young athletes can truly thrive, building a foundation for long-lasting health and performance.
What your athlete will gain: We will build a strong athletic foundation. Master the fundamentals of weight training. Become a well rounded athlete in balance, speed, agility and power. Learn the importance of injury prevention and injury. Become a part of a positive environment where your athlete will feel strong, empowered and confident.
Program Begins March 30th & ends May 7th
