  • MAXX Strength

    Maxx Strength is a dedicated weight-training class built around progressive overload, controlled tempo, and proper mechanics. This session focuses solely on lifting as a structured strength workout designed to build lean muscle, increase bone density, and improve power.

  • MAXX IMPACT

    Maxx Impact is a balanced strength and interval class designed to build muscle, elevate your heart rate & improve flexibility. This session blends: weight lifting, controlled HIIT sequences and intentional mobility — leaving you feeling energized, not depleted.

  • BARRE

    A low-impact, full body workout that combines elements of ballet, pilates and yoga, using small, controlled movements to sculpt and tone muscles & improve flexibility.

  • Pound

    A full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

  • Mat Pilates

    Low impact workouts focus on movements that are gentle on the body. Utilizing bands, bodyweight and exercise balls to make class suitable for those with joint issues or anyone looking for a less intense workout!

  • WEEKEND WILD CARD

    This is your anything-goes class. Expect a rotating mix of strength, conditioning, mat pilates, barre, and creative formats designed to challenge you in different ways each week. The weekly format will be posted every Monday our app and in the group fitness room.
