Hi, I’m Maren, a personal with a passion for empowering you to take charge of your health through diet, exercise and lifestyle changes.
My focus as a trainer is on creating a realistic plan that can be sustained for years to come and enhances your overall quality of life.
Together, we will set attainable goals and overcome mental and physical barriers that arise along the way. I will be by your side on your hardest days and there to celebrate each of your many successes.

Karra Russell
Hi, I’m Karra Russell! I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
I was raised in an active and health-conscious family which sparked my passion for health and fitness. In 2018 I became a certified trainer and used that knowledge to help me achieve my personal fitness goals in weightlifting, running, hiking and mountaineering. Nowadays I use that knowledge in conjunction with my own coach to compete in the sport of Powerlifting. I started Powerlifting in 2023 and soon will be competing in my six meet.
In 2021 I traveled to Costa Rica for a yoga teacher training course. By early 2022 I was working as a certified yoga teacher at two studios, working as a group fitness instructor and as personal trainer.I knew early on that I had found my purpose.
As a coach it is my mission to help develop and nurture healthy thinking, eating and exercise habits to meet your goals and improve your quality of life. Everyone deserves to feel healthy, strong, confident and capable. I am PUMPED to share my passion for health and strength with you. Together we will develop a plan based on your needs and goals. I will be there to hold you accountable, guide and support you every step of the way.

Tatum Pine
Hello! I'm Tatum Pine, and I'm excited to be at Maximus as an Independent Personal Trainer. As some of you may know, I'm also the Head Coach of the Ellensburg High School Girls Wrestling team! Along with my experience of personal training, my background includes being a 5x All-American and NCWA National Champion wrestler.
I'm dedicated to helping individuals of all levels achieve their fitness goals through personalized 1-on-1 and semi-private sessions along with program building.
Whether you're looking to get more active, feel more confident, or take your training to the next level, I'm here to support you and meet you where you are.
